The Power Hour is a strategic, intensive planning session for your specific goals.
Power Hour was designed for those who are either beginning their health journey, OR for those who are already exercising and eating well, but need some assistance to help them reach their goals.
Prior to meeting, we send a questionnaire so we can get to know you, your habits, routines, challenges, and strengths. From there we write up a program overview that covers nutrition recommendations and suggestions on exercise frequency, duration, and intensity including strength training, cardio, and daily movement goals. We'll go over this together during your call, and get you feeling super confident about your next steps on your fitness journey! Afterward, youā€™ll have the ability to check in with us for up to 30 days for continued support. Let's get to it!
