I'm your coach, Erin, and I'm stoked you're here.
I've been working out and studying exercise science and nutrition for over a decade. I decided I liked it so much, that I started training others and made a business of it. I'm a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and am the owner of Live Fit PDX.
After training hundreds of women, I've discovered what works, what doesn't, and the safest, most effective ways to train the body to build muscle, burn body fat, and keep it off. I am incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to help women all over the world improve their fitness and build confidence in themselves.

Beginner or Advanced.
The beginner program is for those who are new to strength training or have taken a break for awhile. Advanced is designed for those who have been training for awhile and feel comfortable with more advanced momvements.
